Delivery & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Artescape Shop.

Since most of our products are not always in stock and mostly made to order, production can take 3 days up to 2 weeks before shipping. 

For international shipping we use DHL which can take 5-7 working days to arrive prior to customs clearance. 

For local shipping in South Africa we use Courier Guy which takes 2-3 days to arrive, area dependant. 

In the case that your order does not arrive due to a fault with the shipping company or withheld by customs, Artescape is not liable for refunding or replacing the lost or un-delivered shipment. 

For International orders, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties and taxes imposed by the country of address.

 

All purchased items are non returnable/non refundable. Only in the instance whereby an item has defects or flaws in workmanship, can it be returned. This must happen within 7 working days of receiving the order. In this case the return shipping must be paid by the customer. Upon receiving the returned item, after inspection and accepting the fault with the product, will the item be replaced, reshipped and the return shipping cost refunded to the customer. 

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
